Assessment of needs and goals
A detailed examination of the child by a psychologist and other specialists to determine his needs, level of development and characteristics.
Testing
After the examination, testing is carried out, including psychological, cognitive, speech and other measurements, to obtain objective information about the child's level of development.
Work with specialists
Based on the test results and the developed program, individual work is carried out with a psychologist, neuropsychologist and speech therapist to determine the specific goals of therapy and develop a program of intensive classes.
Drawing up an individual program
Based on the assessment of the child's needs and capabilities, an individual program of classes is drawn up, which takes into account his unique characteristics and is aimed at improving various aspects of development.
Conducting intensive classes
After completing the program, an intensive period of classes begins, which lasts 90 days, during which the child receives systematic and intensive therapy 7 days a week for 5-6 hours to achieve the specified goals.

Erudite Centre has become a certified medical centre! Now you can cover part of the costs of the rehabilitation program for children with disabilities. The rehabilitation program is covered by the state, according to decree No. 309 dated March 27, 2019, of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

At our Erudite Centre, there is a FREE rehabilitation program for children with disabilities who need assistance and support from specialized professionals.
Our centres are equipped with specialized and modern equipment, devices, trainers, and, of course, a highly qualified team of professionals from various fields.
The rehabilitation program is covered by the state according to Decree No. 309 dated March 27, 2019, by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
A sample application can be obtained from us or drafted in any form, but it must include details about the chosen rehabilitation centre for the child with disabilities (i.e., if you choose our centre, the submitted documents must specify our institution as the provider of rehabilitation services).
Additionally, the following copies must be provided with the application:
- Document certifying the identity of the child;
- Health plan issued by the VCC;
- Extract from the medical history (form No. 027/u).
Local authorities, in turn, carry out the following actions:
- Verify the presence of the provided documents;
- Ensure the current registration of the list of children who need rehabilitation and the adherence to the sequence of their direction for rehabilitation measures;
- Familiarize the representative of the child, directed to the children's rehabilitation centre, with the list of institutions where rehabilitation for children with CP and other conditions can be carried out (this list includes the Erudite Centre);
- Enter information about the child and their provision of health services into the centralized database on disability issues.

We came with our child under decree 309, and we immediately called and received very polite and accessible consultation. We had a comprehensive schedule, meaning 4 sessions a day, 5 days a week. We stayed for 3 weeks, and during all these days, we saw significant results and received many tips from specialists that truly helped and continue to help us. All the specialists are simply great and friendly. Our child adapted within about 5 days, and then we gradually saw significant results, such as increased attentiveness and the ability to sit still. Our child had hearing impairments, and we came for rehabilitation after cochlear implantation, meaning he had been hearing for only 2 months before we went to the centre. Immediately after returning home after 3 weeks, our child began active babbling, saying "ma-ma-ma" continuously and also "am-am". Overall, the Erudite Centre gave us a lot in terms of how to move forward and act, and we saw tremendous progress in such a short time! Thank you all so much!
