History and assessment
The rehabilitator begins the diagnostic process by collecting information about the child's medical history, including identifying symptoms, features of the disease or injury, and collecting information about previous methods of treatment.
Physical examination
A comprehensive physical examination is carried out, including assessment of the child's functional capabilities, measurement of range of motion and assessment of muscle strength.
Functional diagnostics
Special functional tests and assessments are conducted to identify specific functional limitations or impairments. These can be kinesiology tests for balance, coordination, endurance, strength and other aspects, depending on the needs.
Monitoring and evaluation of progress
Based on the received data, the rehabilitator develops an individualized rehabilitation plan, systematically monitors the child's progress, makes adjustments to the program and adapts the methods according to the child's needs.

Performing rehabilitation exercises and techniques
Erudite
The rehabilitator performs various physical exercises, stretching techniques, massage or other rehabilitation procedures with the child. These exercises are aimed at improving the functional state and developing the necessary skills.
Promoting the development of motor skills:
A rehabilitator uses classes to improve coordination, increase muscle strength, develop balance and other motor skills. This helps the child achieve an optimal level of physical activity and independence.
Stimulation of motor development through games and activities:
The rehabilitator can use game techniques to stimulate the child's motor development. The game approach not only makes the lessons more interesting for the child, but also helps him to discover his potential more and leads to the child's voluntary development.

Massage
Massage helps children relax, learn to be more aware of their body and break through communication barriers. In complex therapy, massage improves social and language skills.

Our centres are equipped with specialized and modern equipment, devices, trainers, and, of course, a highly qualified team of professionals from various fields.
The rehabilitation program is covered by the state according to Decree No. 309 dated March 27, 2019, by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
A sample application can be obtained from us or drafted in any form, but it must include details about the chosen rehabilitation centre for the child with disabilities (i.e., if you choose our centre, the submitted documents must specify our institution as the provider of rehabilitation services).
Additionally, the following copies must be provided with the application:
- Document certifying the identity of the child;
- Health plan issued by the VCC;
- Extract from the medical history (form No. 027/u).
Local authorities, in turn, carry out the following actions:
- Verify the presence of the provided documents;
- Ensure the current registration of the list of children who need rehabilitation and the adherence to the sequence of their direction for rehabilitation measures;
- Familiarize the representative of the child, directed to the children's rehabilitation centre, with the list of institutions where rehabilitation for children with CP and other conditions can be carried out (this list includes the Erudite Centre);
- Enter information about the child and their provision of health services into the centralized database on disability issues.

We came with our child under decree 309, and we immediately called and received very polite and accessible consultation. We had a comprehensive schedule, meaning 4 sessions a day, 5 days a week. We stayed for 3 weeks, and during all these days, we saw significant results and received many tips from specialists that truly helped and continue to help us. All the specialists are simply great and friendly. Our child adapted within about 5 days, and then we gradually saw significant results, such as increased attentiveness and the ability to sit still. Our child had hearing impairments, and we came for rehabilitation after cochlear implantation, meaning he had been hearing for only 2 months before we went to the centre. Immediately after returning home after 3 weeks, our child began active babbling, saying "ma-ma-ma" continuously and also "am-am".
